Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products and regulatory restrictions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
However, if you receive an incorrect item, damaged shipment, or there is a verified error on our end, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement. To request a refund:

1. Contact us at lonepouches@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the item(s) received.

Once verified, we will process a full refund or ship a replacement at no additional cost.
