Enhanced Formulation
We've updated our pouch formulation from a dry pouch to a moist pouch to deliver a smoother, more consistent experience from start to finish.
While our ingredients remain clean and carefully selected, we've refined the pouch base by replacing sodium alginate with MCT oil. This change allows for more consistent moisture throughout the pouch, resulting in improved flavor delivery, a smoother mouthfeel, and a more even nicotine release profile.
Why make the switch?
Traditional dry pouches can deliver flavor and nicotine less consistently as the pouch hydrates in the mouth. Our new moist pouch formulation provides a more uniform experience, helping maintain flavor intensity and nicotine delivery throughout the life of the pouch.

Transition Schedule
As we transition to the new moist pouch formulation, both pouch styles may be in circulation for a limited time.
• Cinnamon has been fully transitioned to the new moist pouch formulation.
• Chilled Mint is a new product and is available exclusively in the moist pouch formulation.
• Wintergreen may be received in either the original dry pouch or the new moist pouch formulation while existing inventory is sold through.
• Crisp remains in the original dry pouch formulation and will be phased out over time.
During this transition period, packaging may appear identical between formulations. Regardless of which version you receive, every pouch is manufactured to the same standards for quality, consistency, and satisfaction.
